However, the developer is not responsible for admissions, fee collection, refunds, training, certification, placement, student records, Institute policies, financial transactions, or any dispute between the Institute and its students or users. All such matters are the sole responsibility of Generous Institute of Skill Training (GIST) under Generous Life Foundation.

8. Governing Law

This Privacy Policy shall be governed by the laws of India. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts at Siwan, Bihar, India.
