Generous Institute of Skill Training (GIST) is a skill development and vocational training institute operated under Generous Life Foundation. By seeking admission to any course, the student agrees to the following Terms & Conditions:

1. Admission is granted only after submission of the prescribed application form, required documents, and applicable fees.
2. All information provided by the applicant must be true and accurate. If any information is found to be false, the Institute reserves the right to cancel the admission without refund.
3. Students must maintain regular attendance and discipline throughout the training period.
4. The Institute reserves the right to modify the course curriculum, batch timings, faculty, training schedule, examination pattern, or fee structure whenever necessary.
5. Certificates will be issued only after successful completion of the course and fulfillment of all academic and financial requirements.
6. Course fees once paid are generally non-refundable unless approved by the management under exceptional circumstances.
7. The Institute does not guarantee government employment, private placement, internship, or income. Placement assistance, if provided, depends on the student's performance, eligibility, and employer requirements.
8. Students are responsible for maintaining proper conduct within the Institute premises. Any act of indiscipline or misconduct may result in suspension or cancellation of admission.
9. The Institute shall not be responsible for any personal loss, theft, accident, or damage to the student's belongings.
10. All intellectual property, study materials, and training content provided by the Institute remain the property of Generous Institute of Skill Training and shall not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without prior written permission.
11. The management of the Institute reserves the right to take final decisions on all matters relating to admissions, training, examinations, certification, and administration.
12. Any dispute arising out of these Terms & Conditions shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts at Siwan, Bihar, India.
