Generous Institute of Skill Training (GIST), operated under Generous Life Foundation, follows the refund policy below for all admissions, registrations, training programs, and related services.

1. Fee Payment

All fees paid to the Institute are subject to this Refund Policy. Students are advised to read the policy carefully before making any payment.

2. Registration Fee

The registration/admission fee is non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances.

3. Course Fee Refund

• If a student withdraws before the commencement of the course, the Institute may consider a refund of the course fee after deducting the registration fee and any applicable administrative charges.
• No refund will be provided once the course has commenced, except where the Institute, at its sole discretion, approves a refund under exceptional circumstances.

4. Cancellation by the Institute

If the Institute cancels a course due to administrative reasons and is unable to provide an alternative batch or course, the eligible course fee paid by the student may be refunded. The registration fee and any statutory charges may be deducted where applicable.

5. Transfer of Admission

Admission or fees are generally non-transferable to another person. Any transfer request shall be considered only with the prior written approval of the Institute.

6. Processing Time

Approved refunds will normally be processed within 15–30 working days through the original mode of payment or any other mode decided by the Institute.

7. Payment Gateway Charges

Any payment gateway charges, bank charges, taxes, or other third-party transaction fees, if applicable, are non-refundable.

8. Final Decision

All refund requests shall be reviewed by the management of Generous Institute of Skill Training (GIST). The decision of the Institute shall be final and binding.

9. Jurisdiction

Any dispute relating to refunds shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts at Siwan, Bihar, India.
